小强Showdown
Few days ago my colleague shown me a blog page setup by her poly friend. These group of poly friends must submit a piece of drawing based on the topic suggested by a member each week in a rotating basis.
After looking at those entries, I kind of got triggered by the idea. So in the end I submitted 1 entry for this week topic (I know, it’s quite a lame one. ). Anyway, in this blog you can see some really nice drawings and ideas based on each week theme, at times, you can even see who is acting blur. Lol.

Recently I just came across a community website called Twitter. Looking at the video demo, it seems interesting to me, so I just register and find out more.
It’s a very simple site which holds a community of people who wanted to share their everyday events, thoughts, useful links and etc. to their family and friends in not more than 140 words per post.
Well, it’s almost similar to Facebook’s “What are you doing right now?” and Friendster’s “Shout”. The only difference between these two popular community sites are the extension to receive sms from friends who updated their post, but of course, you need to add your mobile number in order to receive those updates. Not sure how much is the charge tough, as I’m using my mobile phone to check the updates through their mobile portal http://m.twitter.com.
Actually I was quite surprised that only one in my contact list using this web service. Hope to see more of my friends updating me with their whatever events in their life, and please, don’t say that I’m stalking you. Tweet tweet! :p

Looks who chewing the Wii-mote? Arghh...
Arghh… After looking at some reviews and word of mouth from my friends. I decided to get Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 as the first game for my Wii.
There are quite a number of brand-new games in this sequel. One of my favourite is the music dance game. You can play guitar, drums or mic using your Wii-mote. Me and my sister really enjoy the game and we had a great time challenging each other. Hee…
Bonus items and shooting games are unlocked once you beat the high score for the individual game. You can customize your characters with different outfits, listen to jukebox and even customize your trip with those games that you like to play.
Overall, the game brings fun and laughter, especially when you playing with your family and friends. 
Although the graphics is not that fantastic, most importantly, gameplay must be fun and replayability is high. So if you are looking for games which can play solo or group, search no more, this is the game you are looking for.

Why so serious?
After watching the sequel of the Batman Begins, The Dark Knight. The first thing I must say is, I’m quite impressed with The Joker (Heath Ledger). He made this comic villain comes alive with his powerful psychotic mindset. This time, Batman (Christian Bale) is having a hard time dealing with The Joker and even lost his beloved Rachel Dawes (Maggie Gyllenhaal).
The story is good and probably near perfect to some. Well, I must agree that it lack of some action and excitement elements in it, but not forgetting Batman himself is just a human, who making use of his determination, martial art background and with the help of technologies and gadgets to stop Gotham City from falling. So realistically, that’s what a human can do.
Oh yes, he is rich enough to get those high-end gadgets to help him fight crimes. Why he wanted to do that? He might as well sit back and enjoy his wealth. Probably that will tell us that you don’t need “With great power comes great responsibility“, you just need a great mindset.
This movie also shows another positive side of human nature – when the passengers on two ferries were forced to decide the fate of passengers on the other ferry, they chose to discard the detonator and sacrifice themselves.
In conclusion, if you haven’t watch this movie, I feel that you should go watch it. I’m sure those have the same thoughts with me will find that it’s a great movie.
Even my niece likes Wii!!!
Yes! After more than 8 months of dreaming, thinking and considering, finally I got myself a Nintendo Wii gaming console. Hehee…
The total damage for this innovative gaming system is $639.85. It comes with the console (Official 220v Version), additional pair of Wii-mote and nunchuk, Tiny Bee component cable and a pathetic game “Spiderwick Chronicles”. Luckily “Wii Sports” is bundled with the console, which i think it can provide me with a few weeks of entertainment before i getting any new games.
Overall, the console and it’s components are pretty well-built. I was impressed with the motion sensing Wii-mote, it actually simulate quite well and precise with ball games. Really hopes I can get more games to test out this state-of-the-art console.
See!!! Even my niece also thumbs up for this cool console.
A Really Simple Blog 1st post!
Omg! Finally I’m launching my first blog page. It’s a bit plain for a start, but no worries (consoling myself), the whole page will be revamped to a new outlook very soon (I hope).
Why I called this blog as “A Really Simple Blog”?
So I hope my blog title is quite clear to all with the explanation above. LOL
